2012年4月に配信された単発シングル。当初「Theraflu」の題で公開され、のちに「Way Too Cold」、さらに G.O.O.D. Music のコンピレーション『Cruel Summer』収録時には「Cold」と改題された（本ページは単発シングル時の題を採用）。プロデュースは Hit-Boy。自信満々（ブラガドーシオ）な内容で、Kim Kardashian への想い、Amber Rose との破局、Wiz Khalifa や Kris Humphries への言及が含まれる。LL Cool J「Illegal Search」を再演（インターポレーション）しており、作曲クレジットに LL Cool J と Marley Marl が名を連ねる。DJ Khaled と DJ Pharris が合いの手を入れる。アートワークは『My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy』も手掛けた画家 George Condo。Kanye と DJ Khaled の4度目の共演。
